E.R.

Kanicky and I just spent almost two hours in the ER. I decided she had PIGGY-PIG FLU. She did not. The doctor also told me she would probably not get it, considering she'd been exposed to it and hadn't gotten it yet. She does however have a mild tummy bug. So she gets to drink grape pedialyte. Which she may or may not throw up back all over me. But still, YAY FOR NO PIGGY-PIG FLU.

Well, I'm too tired to be funny. So we're off to bed. Hopefully to sleep for a short period of time.

Okay, so this is super old. But she still sleeps like this. And she takes up WAY more of the swing, lol.

Of Babies And Boomers

We've been hit by the PIGGY-PIG FLU in our house. We were going for a walk the other night and Nicole could not even make it home. The PIGGY-PIG FLU is a stealthy booger, sneaking up at the most inconvenient of times. Unfortunately our county has NO PIGGY-PIG FLU vaccines for adults, and Gramma won't get one. So the fact that the PPF has invaded is pretty scary considering we have a Gramma who is not in the best of health and a notquitefourmonthsold baby in the BAFC (Big Ass Family Compound). Fortunately at this point (day 3) Gramma, Kanicky, and I all seem to be healthy thanks to an obscene amount of Lysol wipes.

In other news, we are also on day 3 of Kayla's RICE CEREAL ADVENTURES. I have found much success in avoiding constipation (lovely, right?) by adding a teaspoon of white grape juice to her cereal and then following with a bottle consisting of 2oz of water and another teaspoon of WGJ. Also, cereal makes her sleep. Which is fantastic.

She was slightly confused by the spoon, initially.

Well, I must dash now...time to take Gramma to give the dogs their biscuits.
